This year we start again our Talent Plantation program with the previous year’s successes and edifications built in. Again, we work with a group of 14 participants, but this time with 2 days modules and minor changes regarding the topics. Naturally we keep the mentoring system which worked very well, and the project works as well.

In 2017 – the first year of the program – Talent Plantation started with a group of 14 ambitious participants. All together the group had 12 training days on different soft skills that is further elaborated in the table below. Above the training days our young talents were also supported by mentors, who are top leaders of various companies, and at the same time they worked on specific projects given by our partners, our company or they could choose to develop a personal project of their own interests.
